Pacific Beach

This Pacific Beach home, located just a couple blocks from the beach, was once a small, traditional single-story beach bungalow. At an original size of 1246 sq. feet, the home lacked space for this growing family. The goal was to not only expand the existing footprint of the home, but to add a second story addition that would nearly double the square footage and usable living space while still maintaining their backyard.
